55 Woodworks ships products within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the product and shipping method selected.
Standard Shipping
- Small products and eligible items: $5.00
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping on products eligible for the General shipping profile.
Express Shipping
- Eligible products: $15.00
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Large Woodwork
Large wood products, including our 13x26 wooden American flag, have separate shipping rates because of their size and packaging requirements.
Standard Shipping: $29.95
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: $49.95
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Large items are not eligible for the $70 free-shipping offer unless specifically stated on the product listing.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer when applicable.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. 55 Woodworks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact 55 Woodworks as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
